Bonjour! I’m Hibo Hassan — the heart and founder behind Les Petites Paroles. With more than 21 years of teaching experience, including 11 dedicated to French immersion, I’ve helped countless children (and their families!) fall in love with language learning.

I’m not just a teacher — I’ve lived this journey myself. Before I turned 10 years old, I had already learned five languages and experienced firsthand what it feels like to step into a new culture and communicate in a new way. That’s why I deeply understand what your children are going through as they gain confidence and find their voices in French.​

I believe French should feel like an adventure, not a chore. That’s why every program I design blends play, conversation, and hands-on creativity — from storytelling and crafts to music, games, and real-life role-play. My approach is rooted in curiosity, connection, and confidence-building, so every learner feels supported and inspired to speak naturally.

At Les Petites Paroles, I’m not just teaching vocabulary — I’m opening doors to a new way of thinking, seeing the world, and expressing yourself. Whether it’s toddlers exploring their first French words with their parents, students diving deeper after school, or adults rediscovering the joy of learning, my mission is simple: to make French accessible, joyful, and unforgettable for everyone.
